Layout: A Forever Friend

It seems like it has been forever since I actually sat down and made a layout so I put everything else I've been working on aside and made this layout for the Digi By Design 2009 January Color Challenge....I call it 'A Forever Friend'.

Chubba Wubba World Cruise 2009

Crystal is hosting another Chubba Wubba Club event. This time it is a World Cruise! The first official weigh-in for this event was yesterday. Since the last Chubba Wubba Club event that started back on September 15th my ticker shows I have lost 18 lbs...I couldn't bring myself to delete it so I made a new ticker just for the World Cruise.

Football

Yea....most of my weekend was spent in front of the TV watching football. And, since my favorite team has been eliminated I have been cheering for my 2nd favorite team....GO CHARGERS!!!

A New Year

~
Last month was crazy. My mother-in-law came down with pneumonia just before Christmas and needed help with finishing her shopping, wrapping and decorating her tree.

Ashleigh and Chad got engaged on Christmas Day. I wasn't there when he asked but I guess he did the whole thing....he got down on one knee and asked her to marry him...so it was probably good I wasn't there...I probably would have started crying.

After Christmas we rented a U-Haul trailer and drove to Morrisville to move Ashleigh out of her apartment. Then we drove the 5 + hours to move her to Englishtown, New Jersey where she will be spending this semester doing her internship.

Ashleigh will be graduating from college in May and then in June Chad will be getting out of the Army and our grandson, Casey, will be graduating from high school.

It is going to be a year of big changes.

Whoohoo!!!!

Whoohoo....I just weighed myself and I lost 8 pounds since the last time I checked!!!
